Shipping & Returns

1. We provide worldwide shipping. You can order online 24 hours a day. Your package tracking number will be sent to your e-mail. You can use the tracking number to check online status of your order.

2. We will provide your order by DHL / FEDEX / EMS / UPS (online tracking). Orders may be delayed due to the availability of bad weather, incorrect address information, or product.

3. We accept international orders and offers worldwide shipping. We usually ship DHL / UPS / FEDEX / EMS / USPS.

4. We can not deliver your order to a PO Box mail address, so be sure to give us a street address.

After your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including orders from the AU tracking number. You can use your tracking number to track the order through the website to track your order.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase 100%, you can order back to the warehouse refund (returns must be unworn, you receive their state and in their original packaging).

Trouble-free items must be in their original, undamaged packaging returned, and must be in the unused state. If we find here the product is returned to the condition that we are not completely re-sale, we reserve the right to refuse a refund claim for the item, or deduct up to 50% discount from the price of the right to claim for a refund.

Please note that postage and packing fee is not refundable, unless the project failed.

Fault project

The project will be checked by our team of product evaluation, if the project is considered to be wrong due to manufacturing defects or fabric, our website will refund or free replacement of additional shipping. If you think that there is no fault, will not qualify for this type of return under exchange or refund.


* All international revenue should be returned to us in the receipt of the order within 14 days.

* International transport costs borne by the customer (unless the failure was caused by us). All duties, taxes, or fees to pay return project is the customer's responsibility.

Please send us an e-mail to the reasons specified in the first return, and our support staff will provide your shipping address.

Unpacking and repacking your products, please be careful.

Please take this piece of paper products returned, into a parcel, and mail it to us. Please provide us with, once you have transported back tracking number. We do not accept returned goods lost in transit duty. If you are concerned, we recommend you the goods by registered mail, and keep the postal vouchers.
